Virtual Path Navigation

To define the route, the system uses a digital map of the facility, created in real time based on environmental scanning performed by LiDAR laser scanners. The scanners continuously analyze fixed elements of the industrial environment, such as walls, columns, and machines.

The system enables fully autonomous operation without the need for any modifications to the infrastructure or floor surface. Route changes can be made entirely through the software, providing maximum flexibility and easy adaptation to changing production requirements.

Physical Path Navigation

A magnetic tape or a colored reflective tape (or a strip painted with reflective paint) stuck to the floor is used to mark the route. The vehicles are equipped with magnetic or optical sensors that detect the presence of the tape and allow the vehicle to be driven along the route marked with the tape.
