Navigation Systems

In the era of rapid Industry 4.0 development and increasing automation, our AGVs come equipped as standard with advanced LiDAR SLAM navigation (natural navigation). To meet the challenges of the most demanding production environments, we also implement hybrid navigation technology, combining laser scanning with floor structure mapping to ensure reliable positioning even under the most challenging operating conditions.

To meet the specific requirements of every facility, we also offer a range of conventional guidance systems, including magnetic tape, colored tape, QR code, and RFID navigation.

Safety and Reliability

Every AGV in our product portfolio is equipped with certified safety laser scanners that continuously monitor the surroundings and effectively prevent collisions. Depending on the configuration, we use a single scanner to protect the front safety zone or a set of scanners providing complete 360° area monitoring.

Additionally, we offer the option to install extra safety devices, such as a 3D safety camera or a safety bumper.

All our solutions comply with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 3691-4 standard, ensuring the highest level of operational safety in industrial environments.
